Back to the Roots…
The sun is shining, but it’s no longer warming. And, since I’m originally a whiskey lover, I recently came across the Kyrö Dark Gin.
So Back to the Roots… Without ice, without Tonic, straight from the nosing glass…
Later in the evening you might wanna add a Superfine Tonica from Tassoni with a lemon zest, that’s it.
Pure, puristic and like many, many years ago, when ice cubes were still something special !
