Ralf’s Gin Of The Week: Sikkim Premium Gin

Sikkim Premium Gin

Today I would like to introduce you to the Sikkim Premium Gin Priveé from sunny Spain. The white puristic bottle is an absolute eye-catcher.

The Sikkim Premium Gin Priveé is made in an old copper still from the 19th century, based on red tea from the Sikkim region in India.

The Sikkim Premium Gin Priveé is a London Dry Gin and has a pronounced juniper note, despite the red tea, the gin is transparent and clear.
Lt. Manufacturer included the following botanicals: juniper, cardamom, coriander and floral botanicals as well as some secret ingredients.

When the bottle is opened, wonderful aromas of tart juniper and various herbs unfold. Followed by floral, slightly flowery notes.
I enjoy the Sikkim Premium Gin Priveé today with the Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic – this combination is a dream for me, but an Indian Tonic with a lemon zest also goes perfectly with this gin.

With this in mind – cheers and a good start into the weekend.
