Where does the gin come from?
Behind the Holy Gins is the Hochstrasser family business from beautiful Styria in Austria. For 94 years, everything here has revolved around the art of distilling, now in its fourth generation.
Martin Hochstrasser is setting a new course in the long-standing family tradition of distilling fine fruits and herbs. He combines craftsmanship with a fresh spirit. The Holy Gin is a tribute to old times. The family’s history began as a church inn and is brought into the modern age by the stylised church window depicting St Martin.
Holy Gin is produced in the modern New Western style. Through time-consuming creation of a recipe and ambitious fine-tuning of all botanicals, junior boss Martin Hochstrasser has created exceptional dry gins, because the Holy Gin Classic does not come alone. He brings along his 3 siblings, the Holy Gin Almkräuter, the Holy Gin Marille and the Gin Fizz.
We would like to introduce you to these four delicacies in more detail.
