Black Tomato Gin
Today I have a fancy gin for you. The Black Tomato Gin, of course made with black tomatoes.
I had this gin in my glass for the very first time during a Ginferno event last autumn. It has a sweet and slightly fruity smell. Tomato and a hint of lemon dominate the taste. But it also spicy at the same time. Today I don’t recommend a classic tonic. I suggest to taste this gin with Double Dutch Pomgrade & Basil and basil leaves.
