Today I present the ” Di Scala Dry Gin AL BERGAMOTTO INTENSIVO “!

I had the chance to meet the team of “Di Scala Dry Gin” during the “Mondsee Gin and Food” festival. Congratulations Pietro! You created a really great Gin!

Do you like citrus especially bergamotte, too? Then you will fall in love with it as well.

It has a great mediterranean taste, fresh and dry at the same time. A very nice combination of juniper and the elegant aroma of Italian bergamotte.

My favorite is to serve it with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic. As Bergamotte is sometimes hard to get I garnish it with lime or lemon or a mixture of both.
